1. Introduction
The aim of this document is to inform users of the General Conditions of Use of sports betting services offered at the Bet770 site. Please read these conditions carefully. The General Conditions of Use (GCU) defined in this document constitute and govern the contractual relationship between the parties hereafer referred to as "Bet770" and "the Player" or "the User".
Bet770 is a trademark of the 770 Group, operating under a European Union country licence, authorised to provide betting services on the Internet.
By registering as a member at the Bet770 site, you recognise, accept and agree to inform entirely to the present conditions of use at the Bet770 site. Bet770 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the use of its sports betting services at any time, on either a temporary or permanent basis.
2. Definitions
The terms below, when used in the present GCU have the meaning attributed to them thereafter, except where the context clearly implies a different meaning.
Bet770: Bet770 is a trademark of the 770 Group (online casino games and sports betting operator), that offers indexed sports betting services at www.bet770.com;
User Account/Game Account: online personal account created by an individual and maintained by Bet770 in order that this person be able to make online sports bets;
Username and password: username and password of the person registered at Bet770, enabling him of or her to access his or her Game Account;
You: user of Bet770 service;
We/Us: Bet770.
3. Player Registration
To use the betting services provided by Bet770, each and every person is absolutely oblifed to register as a member at the site. Registration at the site is free and entails no commitment. The user creates his or her User Account that will be used to connect to the Bet770 site and to make all betting transactions.
To register, fill in the registration form available on the site by entering your personal information (surname, first name, date of birth, email, address, currency used etc.) as well as your chosen log in details (username and password) which will allow you to connect to the site. Your registraton will be processed electronically.
By entering the registration process, the User delcares that:
Bet770 reserves the right to request documents proving the User’s identity and age at any time in order to better ensure that no minors gain access to the site.
It is the Player’s responsibility to to keep his or her username and password secret in order that these data are not divulged to any third party without his or her agreement.
All information entered when you register will be saved by Bet770 with the highest degree of discretion and not transmitted to any third party under any circumstances.
4. Game Account Management
A unique Game Account is opened for each user after the user's initial registration at the site. All money transfers will be made exclusively to anf from this account.
To place a bet, the Player must ensure that he or she has sufficient funds in his or her Game Account. You can deposit money to your Game Account at any time. The funds available in your Game Account following a deposit or a winnings payment can be reused automatically to make more bets.
Bet770 makes two payment methods available to the User: bank card and electronic wallet.
If the Player opts for money deposits and payments by credit card, it is very important that he or she takes into account the exchange rate at the time of the transaction according to the issuing institution for his or her card.
If the Player opts for money deposits and payments by electronic wallet, he or she must have a count with a company providing this sort of service for online services. For example, Bet770 is a partner of the following companies: Neteller, MoneyBookers and Click2Pay.
Bet770 reserves the right to request proof of the Player’s idnetity (ID card, passport, driver’s licence) before any payment of winnings or money withdrawal from his or her Game Account. This is is order to verify consistency with the data entered at the time of registration.
5. Account Closure
Registration at the Bet770 site entails no commitment. The User has the right to close his or her Game Account at any time. In order to do so, he or she must notify Bet770 by email, fax or letter and Bet770 will respond within a reasonable time period. Prior to sending his or her account closure request, the Player must also ensure that he or she withdraws all funds from his or her Game Account.
Prior to confirming the closure of his or her account by Bet770, it is the Player’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of his or her data.
6. Betting
A bet placed at the Bet770 site automatically binds the two parties: Bet770 on one hand and the Player who has placed the bet on the other. A bet is only considered to be effective once it has been confirmed by the Player. At that point, a summary of the bet made will appear in the Player’s Account.
It is the player’s responsibility to check the exact details entered for the bet. Once a bet has been confirmed, it is not possible to cancel or modify the details of the bet. Bet770 will under no circumstances be held responsible for errors made by the Player (typing errors, match selection errors etc.).
The time limit for placing a bet is fixed at 1 minute before the start of the sporting event (match or competition). For example, the time limit for bets will be fixed at 7.59pm is the event starts at 8pm. Once the event has started, it will no longer be possible for the Player to place his or her bet. Bet770 applies the rule whereby a participant is declared as the winner of competition or mtach at midnight on the same day as the event at the latest. If any modification to the results of the event occurs after this time limit (for example a disciplinary measure applied to a participant), that will have no impact on the result of the event in question. When an event is either cancelled or postponed, all bets for this event will remain valid if the postponement is within 24 hours from the original time of the event.
7. Bet rules
Football
You can bet on the result of a match (win, loss, draw) and on the team who will win a competition.
All bets on football matches are valid during the 90 minutes of normal time, including injury time. However, extra-time and penalties are not included, except if indicated.
Bets are open until 1 minute before the time indicated on the website(generally the kick-off time of the match). All bets placed after the start of a match will not be considered.
If a match has been completely stopped before the end of the 90 minutes, we will settle all the bets that can be settled. Eg: if the match is abandoned in the 2nd half, the bets corresponding to the first half will be paid.
Any other bets will be cancelled and the stake refunded. In case of system bets or combined bets, the odds are put back to 1.
If the location of the game changes, the bets are not cancelled, except if it is to be played in the stadium of the away team.
Tennis
Bets on tennis are of two types: you can bet on the winner of a match and the winner of a whole competition.
For bets on a match, if a player abandons the match before the beginning of the encounter or before the first set is completed, the bet is cancelled and the stake is refunded.
In case of system bets or combined bets, the odds are put back to 1.
If a player starts a match but abandons it before the end, the match will be valid only if at least one whole set has been played.
In case several players reach the same round, the player who lost the least sets during the competition is declared the winner. In case of a tie on the number of sets won, the winner will be the player who will have lost the least number of games during his matches. In case there is still tie, then the players will be considered as ex-aequo.
8. Bet Limits
Bet770 reserves the right to fix maximum limits on bets made at its site (in particular for combination bets), both on the results of the bets as well as on the amounts wagered. Bet770 also reserves the right to not accept bets or to limit amounts wagered without providing any reasons.
For the amounts wagered on bets, a limit is fixed according to the league or the sport on which the bet is placed. This limit also varies according to the gaming behavious of the User (risk management).
For the results of bets, the limit on winnings is set at £20,000 per customer per day. If the Player makes several similar bets for which the total winnings exceed this limit, Bet770 reserves the right to stagger the transfer of winnings to the Player in order to maintain this limit for each transfer. Bet770 will not be responsible for the loss of winnings.
To ensure a smooth running of bets, any attempt by Players to exceed these limits will be considered as a breach of these present Conditions of Use.

You can contact the customer services by telephone, fax, email or letter. Our customer services will make every effort to respond as well as possible and in the shortest possible time period to all your requests.
